Guidliens for Website Updation

 

Content Submission and Approval

  • All update requests should be sent exclusively to the email: ieeegujaratsectionwebsite@gmail.com
  • Please CC the Chair and Vice-Chair in all update requests. This will ensure transparency and keep them informed.
  • All content will be reviewd by Digital Content Chair, Chair/Vice Chair before updation on the website.
  • All updates need to be approved by the Chair or Vice-Chair before updation on the website..
  • Submit exact content in a finalized and proper format to minimize editing efforts.
  • If existing page need to be updated provide the exact URL and place where content need to be updated.
  • For Excom updates:
    • Please use the standardized format available below on the website. This will ensure consistency and efficiency in updating Excom information.
  • For events:
    • Submit event data using the standardized event data format available below on the website.
    • Send high-quality photos separately from the event data document.
    • Share high-quality photos that do not require further cropping or resizing. The ideal photo resolution should be at least 300 dpi.

Advance Notice for Updates

  • For non-urgent matters, please provide update requests at least one week in advance. This will allow the webmaster to plan and execute updates more efficiently.

  • Any other things which are not outlined above shall be brought to the notice of the Digital Content Chiar or the Chair and the same can get clarified.
