The meeting was arranged with all student branch counsellor to promote the WIE activities at all student branch level of Gujarat section. ALso it was explained to counsellors that the WIE membership for IEEE student member is free and the Student branch where WIE group is not formed, the initiative should be started. It was also declared that the Sectio will help the student branch to start the WIE student affinity group and will sponsor the WIE membership fee for one year to the coordinator of new WIE student group. Agenda: The agenda of meeting was: 1. To strengthen the activities of existing WIE student affinity groups 2. To start new WIE student affinity groups 3. It's student branch counsellor and chair's  meet with student activity chair and Excom members of Gujarat section regarding planning and implementation of agenda discussed with co-ordination and co-operation of section.
