Co-sponsored by: IEEE Gujata section WIE Dear All,   As a part of Women’s Day Celebration on March 8, 2017 Women In Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group, Ahmedabad University Students’ Branch of IEEE is organizing a marathon- "Run for equality: Together we can make a difference".   The day of event being Women’s Day, the participants will celebrate it in a unique and memorable way. We aim to raise awareness about health issues related to women. Also, the funds generated through registration fees from this event will be donated to AWAG (Ahmedabad women’s action group) for the betterment and overall development of the women in their organization.   Date: 8th March, Wednesday Time: 6:30 AM onwards Venue: School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University  Route for Marathon: SEAS,AU, GICT Building- Commerce Six Roads- Navrang Circle- Vijay Cross Roads- CEPT- SEAS, AU, GICT Building (Approx 2.5-3kms). Dress Code: White/Light coloured clothes Registration Fees: 10/- for IEEE Members and 20/- for non-IEEE members.   Refreshments will be provided during the event and prizes will be distributed.    There will be on the spot registrations.
