Microwave remote sensing is being used for various applications like agriculture, soil moisture measurement, forestry, snow, hydrology etc. The main objective of this training is to impart basic knowledge of microwave remote sensing and to provide hands-on-training to process microwave remote sensing data. Training will be given based on project selected by the participants. It will be helpful in generating enthusiasm in this upcoming technology.
