The mission of the one day workshop on “Leadership Qualities and Women Professionals” is to bring together high-potential women to build a foundation of leadership skills that will advance their personal and professional goals while encouraging them to explore new paths. Management of social & professional life of Indian women

Prof. (Dr.) Usha Mehta

Indian women are more engaged in social life & she has to do multiple roles in her social & professional life. The session focuses on different aspects of lifestyle changes for professional women.

Professional etiquettes for a woman in office

Prof. (Dr. ) Nina Muncherji

Work can become a stressful place when women don’t follow professional etiquettes. Why is office etiquettes important? Bad manner at work can be bad for business by negatively affecting employee morale & productivity. This session enlights common professional etiquettes especially for women.

Awareness of legal rights of working women

Prof. (Dr.) Purvi Pokhariyal

Indian constitution provides basic rights for working women. It is important for women to know & exercise their legal rights in their profession. The session is designed to spread the awareness of legal rights among the professional women.

Anyone can participate in the workshop. The workshop is especially meant for the college girls, working women & female entrepreneurs.
