The Computer Engineering Department at LDRP-ITR is excited to host a practical and engaging workshop for our 5th-semester students on Agile and Scrum methodologies. This hands-on session will focus on the fundamental principles of Agile project management and the practical application of Scrum boards. Agile and Scrum are widely adopted frameworks in the industry, essential for efficient project delivery and management. We are honored to have Mr. Ashvinkumar Patel, Sr. Project Manager at Cybage Software, as the speaker for this workshop. He has extensive experience in project management and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering and possesses a robust skill set that includes SQL, requirements analysis, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Microsoft SQL Server. His insights and expertise will be invaluable for our students. This workshop aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Students will have the opportunity to work on Scrum boards, participate in sprints, and experience the dynamics of Agile project management. By engaging with these methodologies, students will develop a solid foundation in Agile practices, preparing them for successful careers in software development and project management.
