In celebration of IEEE WIE Day 2026, the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group at MBICT proudly presents “InnovateHER – Women in Technology, Leadership & Innovation,” a hybrid event designed to inspire, empower, and connect future innovators. The event will begin with a Women in Tech Talk, featuring accomplished professionals and leaders who will share their experiences, challenges, and achievements in engineering and technology. Participants will gain valuable insights into leadership, career development, and emerging opportunities in STEM fields. Following the talk, participants will engage in the InnovateHER Ideathon, where teams will collaborate to identify real-world challenges and propose innovative technology-driven solutions. This activity aims to foster creativity, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and entrepreneurial thinking among students. The event will conclude with an interactive networking session and a WIE Day Group Photo Session, celebrating diversity, innovation, and the collective commitment to advancing women in engineering and technology.
