IEEE Region 10 HTA Resource Support Program 2026: Selected Projects Announced
The IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Activities (HTA) Committee has announced the selection of 10 innovative humanitarian technology projects under the IEEE Region 10 HTA Resource Support Program 2026. The selected projects represent 10 IEEE Sections across six countries, with a total approved funding of USD 3,500.
The selected projects span the following countries: India, Bangladesh, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Pakistan, representing the IEEE Bangalore, Hyderabad, Maharashtra, Bangladesh, Tokyo, Indonesia, Philippines, Islamabad, Gujarat, and Karachi Sections.
The projects address a range of humanitarian themes, including STEM education, healthcare, community empowerment, sustainable innovation, humanitarian technology, and social impact.
In addition, IEEE Region 10 HTA has approved support for two North/South Asia STEM initiatives in China, India, and Nepal, with funding of USD 1,500.
The IEEE Region 10 HTA Committee congratulates all selected applicants and appreciates the efforts of every volunteer who submitted proposals. The diversity and quality of the submissions reflect IEEE’s continued commitment to advancing technology for humanity.
